Betta Maggio is a serial entrepreneur and biotech CEO with 25 years of experience building companies at the intersection of science, health, and human performance. She experienced the effectiveness of this work first-hand, became one of the first certified Level 5 mentors, and has since witnessed hundreds of coaches, experts, and high achievers transformed by it. EVA is built on that direct experience — not theory, not a protocol adopted from a distance. It is what Betta built because she could not find it anywhere: a tool for people in the middle of a life that does not stop.
EVA is inspired by the work of Brian D. Ridgway, Betta's mentor. To it she has added her own 25 years of expertise in holistic care, performance, rejuvenation, and longevity — and the specific understanding of what high achievers actually need when the loop is running at 2am.
The Approach
Source, not symptom.
The patterns keeping high achievers stuck — the 2am loop, the invisible ceiling, the exhaustion that sleep cannot fix — are not strategy problems. They are frozen beliefs stored as emotional energy in the body, running underneath everything else. EVA addresses them at the source.
The core process is SpellBreaking: dissolving those frozen beliefs through breath that returns the nervous system to safety, through questions that open the subconscious rather than override it, through presence with the actual sensation rather than the story built around it. Not analysing. Not reframing. Dissolving.
